1,Structural reinforcement
→ The drum diameter is thickened and the wall thickness is
increased to withstand greater wire rope tension.
→ Hook group upgrade: M-level or higher strength hooks (such as
30CrMnTi alloy steel) are used, and rotating hooks are standard
(reducing wire rope torque).
→ The frame of the running trolley is reinforced, the wheel
pressure is higher, and a stronger track support is required.
2,Wire rope specifications are improved
→ The rope diameter is larger (usually φ11-13mm), the structure is
better (such as 34WS or 35W×K7 anti-rotation type), and the
breaking tension is ≥6.3 tons×6 times the safety factor (about 38
tons or more).
3,Working level and life
→ The default support is M5-M6 working level (suitable for 8-10
hours of medium-heavy working conditions per day), and the bearing
