European wire rope hoist description

1. Lifting Motor

   • Features: Conical rotor motor or cylindrical rotor motor with disc brake. High torque, smooth start-stop, and rapid and reliable braking.

2. Gearbox

   • Features: Three-stage helical gear reduction, hardened gear surface, and ground gear process. High transmission efficiency (up to 95% or more), low noise (usually below 75 decibels), long service life, maintenance-free or requiring only periodic lubrication changes.

3. Wire Rope and Drum

   • Wire Rope: High-strength, anti-rotation, galvanized wire rope, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and with good safety.

   • Drum: Made of seamless steel pipe or steel plate, with precision-machined rope grooves to effectively guide the wire rope into neat alignment and reduce wear. A rope clamp is usually used to prevent the wire rope from slipping out of the groove.
